It was the perfect place to celebrate New Year’s Eve! I will do it again and again. The room was excellent. The service was impeccable. The host at the restaurant was so awesome. The food was indescribable. We all loved it. We will definitely go back and stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights. On second day, we went out early in the morning for city tour and was back to hotel at about 4pm. However, the room wasnt make up, towel not changed, coffee not replenished. I had to go to lobby counter to request for room make up. The lobby staff offered to put on record for daily room cleanup service. A bit inconvenient as other hotels do this automatically. The room shower gel was empty and not replenish until 3rd day when i bump into the staff cleaning the room and reminded her. We had a 4 person family room but only 2 coffee cups provided. Overall, this particular Hyatt Regency service is below expectation. Location is good.

The room, staff and overall impression of our stay deserves a 5/5. I do need to mention that our Sunday morning breakfast was a bit underwhelming (had to chase down the staff to explain the procedure and bring us coffee, then the bread of the eggs benedict was tough. The price was over the top. $121 for two meals with tip. We may well stay here again but will skip the breakfast thank you.
The atrium was amazing.
Our room clean and well appointed.
This was very easy to stay in.
Spacious in all the right places.
