This is a fantastic motel! Free parking which I noticed is almost unheard of in San Francisco, the room was beautiful and very clean, had a comfortable bed, and motel is a convenient location to tourist areas. Great stay! Desk clerk was super friendly too.

Super great place to stay. Honestly I do not even want to leave. I’ve extended my stay by 2 days and honestly it was the best decision. It’s small but cozy I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they are looking for a great place to stay. I know they are fairly new but I hope this place stays like this for a long time. I love it here!

The rooms were clean and the motel is in a good location. Best of all, there was plenty of parking. The rooms were smaller than I had anticipated. On reflection, I thought that the accomodation was a little overpriced.

Hidden Gem

This hotel is great. Easy check-in with great service. Room was newly renovated, cute, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs and parking was free and secure. There was a little noise during the night but nothing too bothersome. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and adorable motel in a great area! The bed was comfortable, and you can tell everything had been recently remodeled. The staff were very friendly! The neighborhood was spotless and charming, quite nice to walk around in and lots of nearby options for coffee and food. Loved the free parking as well and I wasn’t concerned about leaving my car there at all. I wish more motels were run as well as this one!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Star Motel. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms have been updated in a beautiful modern deco style, and the location was central to many activities during our time in San Francisco.

Convenient, reasonably priced motel in San Francis

Nicely remodeled accessible room with 2 queen beds. Helpful front desk, daily room cleaning, free parking, and ample electrical and USB connections. 2 white lights between the beds did not work and very slow shower drain caused water to run into the rest of the bathroom. Not a problem if shower was short or maybe other units were not also using their showers.

This motel is a super cute old style motor hotel. Recently renovated and clean. We couldn't figure out how to get the a/c to work, but with the windows open, the breeze was enough to keep the room at a comfy temp. Would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. The rooms and bathroom were so clean and everything looked pretty much brand new. Oh, and the rooms were super cute too! We found a cute little corner market (Blue Fog) that we walked to for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Nice place in a nice neighborhood.

Great stay! Lovely place.

The place was recently renovated with great style and comfort in mind. It felt good to be in the room. Cant beat free parking, easy access and central location. I’d stay here again for sure.
