Terrific Spot

I thought it would be a huge property (with the name being convention center), but it was small, quaint, and very quiet. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in downtown.

Great stay, comfortable beds & super clean rooms.

Good location steps away from the SJ Convention Center. Friendly welcome at reception, the bed was super comfortable and the room amenities were great. The whole place is super clean. Can't beat it for the price. Good coffee shop next door too. I'll be back!

3 story motel near downtown

We were here for the jazz festival and the hotel was walking distance to the festival. Nick was very welcoming and let us check in early for a fee with the extra bonus of free parking for both days. The room hotel was clean and updated in a quiet area. Microwave and refrigerator, no coffee or tea and no ice machines, but Nick gave us a bag of ice. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was noisy and it gets pretty hot in San Jose.

Great place to stay for the night or extended stay. There are places nearby for shopping, dining, etc. The host Nick was welcoming, funny, kind, and charming. The bed was nice and comfortable and the space was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend this place. Whenever I come back to town to visit or for an event, this will be my first choice!

This was a clean and affordable stay, in walking distance to SJSU. I appreciated that they offered free parking and that we could walk just about everywhere we needed to go. It had a homey vibe, and the owner was very kind and attentive. The area is a little run down, but I never felt unsafe.

Safe bike parking and wonderful staff

The person that checked me in etc. was really wonderful, really added that extra bit to make my stay super easy and comfortable. I ride a bike to the train and stay in San Jose for work periodically and as soon as I got into the lobby he immediately offered to keep my bike inside the locked lobby. Apparently this isn't an odd request for them and they are happy to do this. That is huge for anybody who travels by bike, keeping your bike safe is always a huge concern but not here. I will definitely be coming back here regularly when I need to work in San Jose for multiple days.

Had a fantastic stay. They were more than welcoming and anytime they saw me they asked how i was and how my stay was. Even thouvh the airport is close by, there was absolutely no airplane noise to be heard. Loved it here and will be staying here again.

I have been staying here for more than once and owner has always given me the best service. He is fun, nice, and gives advice on what to do around. The clubs are also just some streets away along with food! Love this place, its always clean, no loud noises, and simply and easy going experience. Woukd definitely recommend. -Eddy
