Room had no drawers. Room rate too high for what you get. Breakfast very understaffed.

My only complaint was the constant sound of the public transport rail.

We stayed here one night. Upside: we checked in at 12:30…and the room, tho very very small was clean and maintained. The downside: the advertised brunch was not available, in fact, the restaurant wasn’t open. We walked downtown to find food, and virtually every restaurant was closed. We finally found a sandwich shop. Parking is an additional $39, and $40 if you’re not a guest. The lot was jammed full and we were afraid we would t be able to find a spot after a Sharks game, about 10:30. We got the last spot. We weren’t terribly impressed, and it’s doubtful we would stay again.

We arrived to hotel at 11:30pm and there was a group a people in front just hanging out and smoking pot. It was like they had no other place to go and wanted to gather in the courtyard in front. Not a welcoming atmosphere. The property is noisy but it is an older building downtown. It was clean and rooms are nice.

Noisy - the light rail goes by all night and you can hear the bells. Great location. Parking is close but you have to pay for it.
