Good place to stay need airport with trolley stop on front of hotel. Good for getting to sports events.

Sparks Taekwondo Has a tournament every year in San Jose. Having stayed last year at the Hampton Inn with the use of the Common Area to Meet & Relax we had a positive experience, Sparks Taekwondo told the Parents to book the rooms from 2/23-2/25. Except this time the Manager (Lady) was rude and had poor PR. We could not use the Common Area but were told to go to the Pool Area where we could meet and eat dinner with our group & little kids, the Chlorine smell was highly irritable. I went to speak with the Manager on 2/24/24 at 8:45 PM to see if she would let us use the Meeting Room as the kids were complaining of the smell and irritation of the Chlorine while eating She agreed if I paid $100 for the use of the Room but only for 1 Hour. Our stay was very positive and would stay again. Friendly & helpful front desk, very comfortable & convenient to airport. The shuttle service was a big need for us and it proved to be excellent. The only negitive was the room noise but overall would highly recommend especially if flying.

Pool not heated.

Hotel was fine, however I had my grandchildren with me and we wanted to swim in the indoor pool. This was impossible as it was freezing.
