Très bien situé au centre ville mais légèrement bruyant.

Bonne relation qualité-prix

Hôtel très bien situé au centre-ville près des principales attractions et du marché central. Pas de parking sur place mais il y a un parking proche sur la avenida 1. Pas de luxe mais propre. Le déjeuner inclus est très bon.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore shopping and museums in San Jose. It was perfectly located and everything was easily walkable. The staff was fantastic, and so helpful! Breakfast was delicious...I wish I had asked for the recipe for the tortillas used in the burrito gallo pinto. There was a bit of street noise, but not too bad. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. We will use this hotel again!

Held hostage

I had to do a quick layover in San Jose. I spend around 200 nights a year in motels or airbnbs. Having to leave for the airport at 130 in the morning i left my plastic card key in the room. When getting to reception he said i needed to guve him the plastic key card before he let me out. I pointed out my uber was clearing waiting for me. He said he would not unlock the door until he verified the key was in the room. This is not a normal key, mind you, its just a plastic key card. I said please just let me out, and assured him that it was there. He walked away. Spent at least 8 minutes going to my room to get this key. Meanwhile my uber left. Was charged for the no show fee even though i was a pane of glass away from outside. Lastly he came down holding tip i had left for the cleaners. I told him that wasnt for him that it was for the cleaners. He just shrugged and slowly unlocked the door. I always leave the best reviews foe everyone. But this to me crossed a lot of boundaries.
