Excellent experience

I requested a room away from the ice machine and the elevator. Immediately after sending the request, I received email saying they were happy to accommodate me. I’ve never had a response from any hotel before this! It certainly made a good first impression.
Checking in was easy. They gave me a little bag with water and cookies, a welcome treat after a long drive.
The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed with lovely bedding. The bathroom was well appointed with a little sink in the toilet room and fluffy towels for the shower.
There’s a small bar and grill just of the lobby. We had a hamburger and a Caesar salad with chicken. Both were excellent.
The location is excellent, close to the airport and freeways. The parking garage is well lit and has adequate spaces.
And, finally, checkout time is a gracious 12:00 noon instead of the usual 11:00 a.m.

Near Light Rail Stop btw Levi & San Pedro Square
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location for 49ers vs Lions NFC Championship Game. Light Rail System Metro Stop just a couple blocks away made going to the Game & to San Pedro Square the night before really convienent.
Hotel lobby adjoins w/Residence Inn.
