Our studio is modest, cozy, and private. It’s perfect for an individual, group, or family who enjoys having their own space. My grandfather built this home for his beloved as a dormitory for students. In its best days, it hosted several young women from the University of Puerto Rico.

Just steps from a popular Latin food restaurant and two blocks from a local breakfast spot. Close to nightlife and downtown Río Piedras. About 20 minutes from San Juan and the nearest beaches.

The Space
The studio is simple and offers a private entrance at any time, along with a great space to relax. Each room features a cozy Full XL-size bed, air conditioning, and a bathroom.

All rooms have good lighting. Parking is available on the street with private lighting. If you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy some sun during the day, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of your day. This place is also ideal for students, as several major schools are within walking distance. We are also close to the “Río Piedras” and “Universidad” train stations.

Guest Access
If you are a student, you’ll have easy access to the following institutions: Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, Universidad Politécnica, University of Puerto Rico, and Interamerican University of PR (Cupey Campus).

Other Things to Note
Easy access to the urban train, which connects various parts of San Juan through Bayamón. Close to nightlife in Río Piedras and San Juan. Uber accessible. Near the Río Piedras food market, restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

We are 45 minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest and the east coast.
