I honestly do not have the words for how amazing this hotel was. The staff were SUPERB! The food and drinks options were amazing. The service was 11/10. The room decor and style of the hotel is gorgeous and one of a kind. For those complaining about noise do not understand when you stay in a heavily tourist area you will hear noise and Isla Verde is a large tourist area. Daly and Emmanuel were amazing at the front desk so friendly and exceptionally kind. Valery at the KUMO rooftop gave us the best recommendations and really went out of her way to give us the best service. Nathaniel at the pool/beach area was friendly and attentive. The young men at valet were amazing and I wish I caught their names to include them in this review. Will be staying here in the future.

The decor and durability of this hotel needs improvment. The elevators and rooms had a seemingly cheap Roman Clay paint job that made the hotel feel unkempt. I appreciated the trendy vibe the hotel was going for, but much of it seemed like a mediocre DIY project. If they are going to charge 4 star prices, they need professional design and remodeling. The pool area was LOVELY! It is where we spent all of our time.

Love this place, they were doing some construction which was banging but i think it was just timing, but otherwise it was clean , beautiful views and right in front of the beach, available transport to your liking

my husband and I loved this property! Rooms are gorgeous,clean and smell amazing.The staff was so helpful and kind with a smile every time, the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and delicious! Loved the heated pool on 2nd level, the rooftop pool is being renovated soon, it was still cool. the beach is literally right out front, the front desk staff are amazing and kind! i have no complaints, except for the balconies being super tiny...other than that I still look forward to staying again!
