Caution,Fan duel people across the street try to bump and run your credit card information and are working with resort staff. This is the worst guest experience of all the trips I’ve been on. Took 45 minutes to check in and every staff member had an excuse not to help. Resort room had broken tiles on the floor and the smallest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. They have four microwaves in the lobby for all the guests! The beach never had enough chairs to even sit. I’ll never go back and recommend going anywhere else

The property and offerings were average. The staff was very nice. There aren’t many daily activities and the beach is decent - pretty, with clean water, but also a lot of trash. Dining and stores were overpriced (as expected). Overall, it was nice and we had a good time, but it didn’t “wow” us by any means.

We were very satisfied with the hotel; the sea was wonderful. However, the biggest drawback of the hotel is that they need to increase the number of staff serving on the beach.

Better years ago

I got married in this hotel in 2002 and returned this year, but did not find the hotel to be as clean as it should be. The vents on the balconies had so much dust. It almost looked like an animal. The main pool was closed because it was being worked on which is fine but the pool to the left lacked cleanliness, and there was debris in it that we continued to take out. Overall disappointed that it did not meet the expectation nor what it was 22 years ago, I probably wouldn’t return.

The property is very outdated and rooms are very poor conditions, we got put into a room that had toe nail clippings all over the floor, they changed our room and the drain in tub didn’t drain and would just fill up, beds are hard and door lock was broken. Just a bunch of things you would think would be fixed and updated. Also the tours they offer through the hotels are 3x more expensive then booking through Expedia or travel online it’s crazy.

Our first room did not have hot water, so we were moved to another one. Unfortunately, the safe in the new room was not working, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. I have to mention that one of the house keepers Roxana was excellent, very friendly.
