One town over from Villa Marina where you can book your excursion on catamaran to our magical islands including Culebra and Vieques, snorkeling or Bioluminescent Bay tours.

Location: Easy to access from SJU with a rental car. Central to many attractions: Luquillo beach and Kioskos (5 mins), El Yunque (20 mins), Ceiba for Vieques/Culebra ferry (30 mins), Amigo grocery store (5 mins). Coquis can be heard at night.Activities:Day 1: Luquillo beach, kiosks, pool, cooked at the house.Day 2: Hiked El Angelito trail in El Yunque, bought ferry tickets in Ceiba, visited Seven Seas Beach.Day 3: Ferry to Vieques, spent the day at Caracas beach, rented golf cart, beach chairs, and umbrella for 150.The Space:Kitchen: Lacks basics like toaster, baking sheets, whisk. Coffee, sugar, basic seasonings provided. Small Tupperware collection useful for beach and cooking. Some stove burners run high. Dishwasher, cleaning, and laundry supplies available. No broom/dustpan. Ice maker not working, need to buy ice for cooler.Bedrooms: Comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Needs more decor for a homier feel.AC and Hot Water: Hot water fine, AC units moderate, woke up warm at night. Didn't run AC during the day per house instructions.Beach Stuff: Beach towels, umbrella, coolers provided. Hard cooler needs replacing.Summary: Great location, safe and quiet. Unsure about rebooking. Needs more kitchen basics, improved decor, and functional touches like mounting the TV properly and better placement of bug spray station.

Better than pictured

Glad we chose this option. Pictures are actually a little outdated. There are no bunk beds but 2 singles instead. Property and location are actually better than pictures. Pool area is great and access to beach, grocery and restaurants are all very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot near the beach

We had a great time at Xiomara’s place. The neighborhood was safe and a perfect location for our short family vacation. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the easy access to playa Luquillo, and close drive to El Yunque. Xiomara was also very communicative. Highly recommend!

Great spot

Neighborhood is nice and quiet! Walk to the beach is pretty easy and there are a handful of great spots to eat and drink nearby. House was well kept and just right for family of 5.
