Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located, two-bedroom apartment on the second floor in Santurce. It is in a fully renovated building with free, on-site private parking.
Painstaking original Spanish tiles were restored, and the building was renovated to bring out the original charm with very high ceilings. Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Wonderful Apartment close to everything

Our stay was exceptional
the place was clean and the parking was more than adequate. This place is within walking distance to everything you need! Right off the main thruways, it was easy to have this as a home base for our vacation. There is a great little coffee store right around the corner that had delicious lattes. The beds were super comfortable and we found it to be very clean..we were really excited once we opened the door to find how bright and cheerful the rooms looked. The AC in the apartment was incredible, the room cooled down very quickly with little effort. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
