The check-in process was super slow and outdated. The place was loud and outdated. The property was in a tourist area, but on a side street that did not feel safe. It was cheap and we didn’t have to stay long or I would have picked somewhere nicer.

Stayed one night and enjoyed the proximity to dining options and beach. The room was cozy but adequate. Easy check in and checkout, helpful staff, outdoor seating for hanging out, coffee and toast provided. Busy urban neighborhood so be prepared for some noise- ear plugs or headphones work wonders. Would return in the future.

Only had hot water 1 of 4 days! Very noisy in the mornings.

Great alternative to the big chain hotels. If you're expecting big chain hotel amenities, you might be disappointed. If you're looking for a more local flavor, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Rafael was great and attentive. We only stayed one night but we would recommend The Coral Princess for a longer stay! The room was comfortable and ours overlooked the pool.

Hotel was in good condition. Only problem was the thin walls. You can hear everything. Also we were kinda bummed there was no window in the room. Pool was nice. Rafael was a great host at the front desk. He helped us find places to go and shared his knowledge of Puerto Rico. Thank you Rafael!

The worst hotel ever-not recommended

It was the worst experience ever at a hotel. After traveling all day I arrived at the hotel in the evening, waited in line to check in. When it was my turn the front desk clerk Glenda told me there was no room for me. My reservation was paid for in full many months ago. Needless to say I was very upset and shocked. She tried to send me to two different hotels that I was not familiar with and the accommodations were unacceptable. After going back and forth for an hour as she had to text her manager for advice and approvals. During this time, a guest called and canceled their reservation for that evening so lucky i was able to stay in their room for one night and possibly the second night. The breakfast was rediculous, strong mud coffee with powdered creamer and two fruit options and toast. No wash clothes in the room and no tissues. No coffee pot, microwave or utensils. The shower had barely any water pressure. No blankets and the A/C was wall units were difficult to regulate. This was the worst experience ever and I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it. This hotel was rated 3 star, I wouldn't rate it over a 1.
