The property is clean & conveniently located in a developing area within walking distance to near by attractions (T Mobile District, Coca Cola Music Hall, San Juan Marina & local restaurants). The Staff provided 5 Star worthy Customer Service! Specifically, Adrianna provided exceptional customer service. Her friendly smile & warm greeting made my family and I feel truly welcomed & confirmed we made the right choice in hotels. She went above & beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable in our room. Zadielle is a true asset to the establishment. Our checkout process was seamless & he was so kind and patient with my family. He assisted me with obtaing additional documents for our trip & he was happy to help. Thank you so much! Great option to stay in the San Juan area. The T-Mobile District is located just across the street, and old San Juan is less than 10 minutes away by car. The staff is very helpful and maintains the place clean. Highly recommended.

Staff was hgreat. My only.issue is the A/C vent and air return vent were very dirty. I think that when room are being cleaned the vents should also be looked at and dust be removed.
