The young lady who checked us in was particularly conscientious. The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night. There was water standing outside the bathroom, and the room was very humid. We were on the 2nd floor. Other than that, the room was good.

I would like to sincerely thank and compliment Mrs, Roselyne, who works at the Front Desk (check-in and check-out area) at the hotel entrance. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she assisted us with check-in and made everything smooth and easy. Her attitude was very warm, professional, and kind. She communicated with us respectfully and patiently, and her support truly made our stay more pleasant. She is a great asset to your hotel and truly deserves recognition and appreciation. I would also like to respectfully share one concern. Unfortunately, the kitchen area did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Some of the dishes and glasses did not appear properly clean, which made us uncomfortable. We hope this feedback will help improve the overall guest experience in the future.
