This luxury apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of the San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space and has full A/C.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed and Smart TV Unit with access to Nexflix, Hulu and Cable tv with High Speed Wifi.. Also it has a full bathroom,dinning & area living, with incredible balcony with a beatiful ocean view. The apartment also offers underground parking, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all and walking distances beach access within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations. Share the beach with El San Juan Hotel and Casino next door and visit the night spots the locals come to dance salsa and merengue one block away, or just take our beach chairs out under the palm trees and watch the world go by.

Complete and Cozy Stay

This is an adorable apartment on the 22th floor of a complex across from El San Juan Hotel. Beach access is a mere crossing of the street through the walkway. Views of the water are lovely from the balcony. The apartment is completely stocked with all that you might need for a vacation with extra bottles of sunscreen! It is well maintained and clean, not one problem during the whole of our stay.

Our stay was amazing! Only ranking 4 stars as getting into the building / garage for the first time was a little confusing since the keys and transponder were inside the apartment. Also there isn’t an oven but we didn’t need one. Loved the location, cleanliness, and everything else!

Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

Accurate description but extremely noisy

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.

Great place with accurate description of unit.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

This nice apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures: very clean, remodeled, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything one needs. View from balcony is stunning! The building is also clean and well kept and the location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants and across from Fairmont San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed great live music and a couple of wonderful events the hotel offers and that are open to the public. Our host Carlos was super nice and very responsive and quick to answer any questions about the property.. We loved the fact that we had private, secured parking on property without having to pay extra. Building is gated and has security 24/7. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we would stay there again!

Great location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants- Metropol was our favorite- great Puerto Rican/Cuban dishes/drinks. Building was gated but easy in/out with remote. Private parking was nice also. Carlos checked up on us and the condo was clean and comfortable. Condo pool is huge with nice shaded area to eat outside. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time in PR. Old San Juan, rain forest, many beaches visited. Rent a car and see the island.

Home away from home

This was a last minute find and one that I have already shared with other family members. Carlos (property owner) is very easy to contact and amicable. The place is spotless and equipped with almost everything that you need. Also you get an underground parking spot. It's like home away from home. And if you want to have the hotel experience, El San Juan Hotel is right across the street. On top of all this, you will be paying just a fraction of what hotels are charging in the area. You can't go wrong.

Out of all our travels to various countries and states, this was by far one of the best stays. To start, Carlos was a great host. Check in was extremely smooth. The unit, as my wife described, was immaculately clean with modern contemporary and comfortable furnishings - like a home away from home. The area was within walking distance to both restaurants and Isla Verde beach. They area was well policed and safe. We will definitely consider booking this unit again should we return to Puerto Rico. Muy Bueno!
