AVOID IF POSSIBLE - Lots of issues

Overall the interior of the place is nice, but there are many issues that were not appropriately addressed. First of all, you do not directly work with the owner of the property but a management company (they are responsive, but not helpful). Issues are as follows:1. The bathroom door locks but does not unlock, the first time we figured it out someone from the outside had to unlock the door knob as I spent over 10 minutes turning the lock in every direction with no luck. I brought it up to the management and they didn't seem to be concerned.2. The roosters, mentioned in many reviews will make sure you're awake before 4AM unless you are a heavy sleeper. 3. There was a missing ceiling fan, causing a fire hazard. 4. The power went out for about half of our stay, the management company seemed to push it off saying that they will reach out to the power company, but did not offer any additional accommodations or a generator (most of the neighboring properties were running generators, which tells me this is a common occurrence). When asked about additional accommodations or a partial refund, they just dragged me along. We all had to shower and get ready in the dark and much food went to waste, forcing us to go out to dinner instead. 5. The neighbors weren't the nicest, the next door neighbor right on the balcony were yelling racial slurs out the window while we were trying to enjoy ourselves and relax.

Puerto Rico.

The house was vey clear and nice. About the rooster, the first couple of days the rooster and other animals were sings very loud almost all nigh. Also we lost power for two days but the owner were able to instantly the generator. Thank you to the owner for always responded back to my message and help all the time. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island.

Rooster next door !!! Also, there was a huge cockroach !!

Personally I had a great stay here but when it came to the cockroach that ran across the floor that was about the size of the roku tv remote and their response was that we were on a caribbean island
 It kinda made me feel uncomfortable but it was toward my last 2 days of staying there which wasn’t too bad . The ROOSTER NEXT DOOR!!!! 4-5am everyday and throughout the day it yelled all day and no were in the booking information does it list about that being next door .

San Juan Vacation

This VRBO stay was incredibly cute and located close to or a short drive to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home was beautifully decorated. Check-in was also super easy. The only downside to this stay was our very loud and early alarm clock outside... the rooster we named Walter whom started clucking around 2-3am. That was difficult but we managed by turning on a YouTube sleeping storm video to drown out Walter. We would stay there again.

Whole house listing.

The only reason i reserved through Vrbo was because the whole house advertising. The listing is not accurate, onces i arrived i received the email of the code of the key box and it explain how to get to the apartment. Smh 2nd fl. That is not the definition of the whole house, more luke the whole apartment. At this point im livid and highly disappointed. And just as expected staying in a 2nd fl apartment the 1st fl was loud and 😒. All that being said once i opened the front door i was amazed the apartment was beautiful and it came with everything we needed so the actual stay was an 8/10 loved the inside of the apartment.

There were certainly pros and cons to this stay. We were a Girl Scout group and the girls have provided the rating for this review. Listing was as described. Communication with the host was challenging at times. We didn't get the lockbox code until we were standing outside calling and texting for the info. Emails and messages previously were ignored. They did respond to parking questions late that night though. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer worked. Nice outdoor space. There were TONS of ants all over the entire place. The host ignored those messages. The AC units wouldn't stay on no matter what setting we used. The water shut off in the night/early morning of our last day, but was restored in a few hours. Loud rooster next door. But we expected that. About a 20-30 min drive to the areas we needed to be and that worked for us just fine. We would not stay in this VRBO again, largely due to the ant problem. We stayed in others during our week in Puerto Rico and had much better experiences in other locations.

Family trip

For me it was kind of a mix feeling here: The property inside is as shown on the pictures very nice and spacious. The balcony and the amenities all very good. Perfect upgrades inside the house except for the windows so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep. Because there is a Rooster singing all day and all night long. Also , The lighting inside the property could be better. It was a bit dark for my taste. Good location close to the highway and not far from San Juan area.

A country feel charmer

Me and my group stayed here overnight before our cruise from the Pan American pier. The entire place was very accommodating and had just what we needed. The only thing we could have done without were the roosters through the night and early morning but we get it. Thank you for your hospitality and perfect set up for us.

Clean and convenient value

Our host Robinson insured a very clean environment. Location was very convenient to the airport and other amenities by taxi for our overnight before joining our cruise. Did not see many restaurants or other activities as walkable, but fixed that by establishing relationship with our cab driver from the airport, who made himself available for transport to two meals and cruise port the entire 24 hours we were there

Cozy

Ok i did have nails so it was kind of a struggle for me to get in the lock box i had to use tweezers lol. The place was clean just like pictures the only issue i did have was the water in the master bedroom did not get hot durning the day only at night and i had to roll towels up to stop the water from getting all over the other bathroom floor. The beds was very comfortable, communication was amazing!!! Above and beyond

A nice neighborhood feel of the island.

The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. You get a real feel of the neighborhood with the roosters crowing in the morning and the coqui singing all night. If those things don’t bother you, you will enjoy the stay. My friends and brother were very impressed with my choice and definitely want to stay there again the next time we visit.

Guys trip

It was four of us the house had more than enough room and was nice. It was 10 mins or less to the airport and not far from the night life. The chickens was loud and we seen 1 roach. Besides that it was a nice house and I would stay again
