Tranquil Stone Chalet

Surrounded by open meadows and approximately 100 hectares of chestnut and turkey oak forest, this charming stone holiday home is a haven for nature lovers. The expansive woodland setting, which doubles as the garden, invites guests to take peaceful walks right outside their doorstep. Part of a restored farmhouse complex, the property consists of three rustic stone and timber buildings, a former barn and two old sheepfolds, set apart in complete greenery. Thanks to its southern exposure, the home enjoys plenty of natural light and sweeping panoramic views. The spacious holiday home includes 2 bedrooms and comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. It features a private swimming pool, a cozy fireplace, and a private terrace for outdoor relaxation. Conveniently located, the town square is a 15-minute walk or 5 km by car. The cities of Pistoia (29 km), Lucca (50 km), and Florence (60 km) are within easy reach, and the sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is about 1.5 hours away by car. Florence Airport is 60 km from the house.

Compleet vakantiehuisje op een mooie locatie. Zeer hartelijk ontvangst door de gastheer die alle tijd nam om informatie over het huisje en de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te geven. Huis was schoon en comfortabel. De laatste paar honderd meter van de weg ernaartoe is wat spartaans maar te doen. De laatste 50 meter behoeft wel wat aandacht. Maar eenmaal bij het huis aangekomen maakt dit alles wel de moeite waard.

Ehlich gesagt ist die Wohnung eine Zumutung. Es wundert mich auch nicht mehr, dass es bei der Anzeige keine Fotos vom Bad gibt, es ist eine Katastrophe .Die gesamte Wohnung ist schmutzig, modriger Geruch hinter scheußlichen Wandverkleidungen. Überall hohe Absätze zwischen den Türen. ( mein Mann ist gleich gestürzt ). Es gab kein Licht im Schlafzimmer, Elektrik gefählich, im " Bad" Schimmel, gerissene Glasscheibe, kaputte Fließen, und..und..und. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Bett war schrecklich. So etwas haben wir in 30 Jahren Ferienhauserfahrung noch nicht erlebt.

Die Navigation zeigte nicht die korrekte Adresse an, aber nach einem Anruf kam der Vermieter Dazzi, um uns am Dorfplatz abzuholen.Er stellte sich heraus, ein wenig Englisch zu sprechen.Die kleine Straße hoch, steil und der letzte Teil war nicht asphaltiert, mit ein wenig handlich Fahrer und Hinterradantrieb tun. Der Holzofen brannte und wir wurden um das Haus herumgeführt und bekamen Trinkgelder für Restaurants und Attraktionen in der Gegend. Die Reinigung hatte etwas mehr Spaß, da war immer noch die nötige Menge Spinnweben an der Decke und unter dem Bett. Auch die Duschkabine war nicht frei von feuchten Schimmelpilzen und konnte besser gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem, ein schönes einfaches Haus, schön und kühl in den heißen Sommertagen und mit dem Holzofen auch wenn es notwendig ist, um es warm zu erwärmen Aber bei schönem Wetter lebst du hauptsächlich auf der schönen Terrasse, der private Pool ist ein Vergnügen und wird täglich gehalten und überprüft. zu Fuß bis zum Dorf dauert ca. 20 Minuten, aber es ist gut zu tun, auch der Aufstieg zurück hat einige steile Abschnitte, aber auch mit einem 20 und 25 Min. Gut zu tun, aber praktisch am Abend eine Taschenlampe an Für den letzten unbeleuchteten Teil, aber vor allem die Ruhe, die das Haus umgibt, hört man draußen die Vögel und auf der Terrasse sind Eidechsen auf der Suche nach Sonne und Beute unterwegs, und die schöne Aussicht auf die Berge macht dies zu einem wunderbarer Ort, um Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch, sehr privat und eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und gemütlich, aber erwarte keinen Luxus. Herr Dazzi ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat schon bei der Ankunft auf uns gewartet. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und der private Pool macht es komplett.

Haus war nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem Bad (Pilze) und Küche, sah insgesamt etwas schäbig und heruntergekommen. € 50, - für die Reinigung ist unverhältnismäßig. Die Dusche in alle Richtungen gesprüht. Um dorthin zu gelangen mit dem Auto muss man richtig die letzten 500 Meter klettert, wichtig zu wissen. Herr Dazzi war sehr freundlich und nahm sich Zeit für uns. Dank draußen auf Stühlen und auf einer Bank sitzen konnte. Die Treppe ist gefährlich.

Ankunft war problemlos. Schlüssel steckte bereits, um 1700 Uhr am Anreisetag kam der Vermieter vorbei. Unterkunft ist sehr rustikal. Im Herbst eher schwer zu heizen. Holz war aber genug vorhanden. Zufahrt zum Haus nur mit Geländewagen empfehlenswert, Straße war ziemlich schlecht. Umgebung war super. Wege für Kinderwagen eher spärlich vorhanden.
