This home is fully equipped with comfortable furnishings, 14" gel memory foam mattresses, simple, modern design, wifi & smart TVs, home office, convertible 7' dining/pool table, cards, games & puzzles, fitness supplies, BBQ grill & Traeger smoker, and tranquil outdoor relaxation while enjoying the temperate SoCal climate. Sofa transforms into sleeper mode with blankets and pillows stowed away in the storage chaise allowing a total of 8 to sleep comfortably. Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood with walking trails but conveniently located only 6 minutes to restaurants, shopping, and only 17 minutes to beautiful beaches!

Lovely Home in San Marcos

This home was a perfect fit for our family of 5! The close proximity to Twin Oaks Golf Course made our stay quite comfortable. Amy, the host, responded promptly and was very accommodating. You will love this quaint home!

We really enjoyed our stay—it felt like a home away from home. The property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The host was responsive and quick to handle any questions or requests. We'd happily stay here again.

Home for 5 months

AMAZING! Amy and her husband were the SWEETEST and BEST to work with. We would give 10 stars if we could. This became our home away from home due to a flood. It was perfect location and space. A peaceful place to rest during the crazy reconstruction and careers. The kitchen was well stocked too. Our kids loved being closer to friends and work. It was bittersweet leaving. Communication and hospitality were stellar. You will not regret renting from them!
