The worst hotel we have ever stayed at!!!!

The list of negatives could be endless. The room was very tiny and very old with lots of wear and tear. Our bags had to be placed on the floor; there were no bag racks. The room overlooked dingy buildings. The sink and tub water could not be shut off. The toilet broke. When I asked for a spare roll of toilet paper and 2 extra small towels, they did not want to give them to me. They did so only after another guest helped explain what I wanted and I had to sign for them. The included breakfast was sparse at best. They rationed us to a piece of cheese and a slice of ham per person. The initial person at the front desk spoke zero English and seemed proud of that. Needless to say, they could NOT help with any tour questions. The garage gate was either open all the time or closed with no one at the front desk to open it. For the price we paid, we got ZERO value. These are probably enough comments so you get the idea !!

Not recommended

Don’t recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget and is staying a quick one night. Besides the bed being comfortable and having a central location (which is not that hard given it’s a small town), I would not recommend this hotel. Very old and outdated. Room was very basic which is fine but none of the power outlets work, WiFi barely works, there’s no hair dryer and you can hear everything from the hallway and elevator. Didn’t like the bathroom either.. it’s was clear but since it’s so outdated it gives it a bad appearance.

Hotel con un personal de 10, hacen la llegada muy cómoda y dan indicaciones útiles del lugar. Permiten guardar el equipaje el día de salida después del check out. Las habitaciones y baños necesitan un lavado de cara, se ven muy deterioradas. Sin embargo, la cama es muy cómoda y las sábanas y toallas impecables. Desayuno fabuloso para empezar el día, con buen horario y variedad dulce y salado. La recepción y zonas comunes impecables y muy confortables, además dispone de parking gratuito (sin reserva, según disponibilidad) que evita tener que estar pendiente de la zona medida (de pago) en ciertas calles del centro.

Buen hotel. Muy buena ubicación.

El hotel se encuentra en proceso de remodelación, con lo cual aún faltan terminar varias cosas (baños, quitar/reemplazar alfombras en pasillos, terminaciones, etc.). El desayuno es excelente y la atención de las empleadas encargadas del mismo impecable.
