The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options.

We arrived very early in the morning and were able to get into our room… It was immaculately clean as was the property. It was well situated for our needs and you could not beat the price. The breakfast was included, which was an added bonus. I would definitely return but request a deluxe king room in the future. It was a fantastic trip. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel staff was very friendly and acommodating. The rooms were clean and had great AC that kept the room fresh. Shower pressure was very good and strong. It is a little far from el centro and taxis do take about 10 mins to come when the hotel calls them for you. But being outside of el centro was nice because the area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast menu had a good selection of breakfast options. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The housekeeper kept the room clean each day. My only complaint is that we were only given hand towels and bath towels. We did not receive any wash cloths.
