The description of the room I stayed in was misleading to the point of being false advertising - from both the hotel and Hotels.com, as it was adjacent to both the public bathroom and hotel laundry room. So, it effectively smelled like a public toilet, didn’t feel very secure and was quite noisy. And the sheets on the bed were damaged/dirty upon arrival. The manager, Rafael, was snarky in response, and just dodgy around the entire handling of this situation, as well trying to hold onto my deposit. I would not recommend staying here as the management seems to have an artfully disingenuous nature. And I would recommend using a different travel site, as this one will give advice resulting in loss and not take responsibility for this.

buen lugar para descansar, la piscina está bien y está ubicado cerca del centro, lo unico malo es que no se puede fumar en las habitaciones más que afuera pero gran estancia y gran staff
