Beachfront property in middle of town!!!

Beachfront property in central part of beautiful San Pedro. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. 8-9 blocks from local airport. Water dock literally yards away. We can certainly assist in booking excursions including snorkeling, fishing trips, diving trips. Or, just relax on the hammock at the hotel.

Each room has fans and, since hotel is beachfront, there is always a nice breeze. If AC is needed, it's available for a small fee. No need to pay ahead of time, clients usually decide once they get there. Each room also has minifridge and private washroom.

You are currently reviewing the first floor option. If you are interested in the second floor option, please see that on VRBO or notify me. The second floor has a small kitchenette.

Also of note: due to the high costs of maintaining the TV's and most clients do not use it, we have stopped all TV services. We do have excellent Wifi option, so please bring your smart device.

Nice quick overnight on the beach

Vivienne was an absolute sweetheart, view is incredible. Interior is very basic but clean and felt safe. Great spot to crash to the sea breeze if you’re going to be out and about more than in your room.

STAY CLEAR OF ALLY LOCALS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR MONEY ANY WAY THEY CAN.We came from the United States so our first impression was culture shock period not having the simplicity of everything at your fingertips like we do in the US period by the second day we knew we were in our little paradise and we were blessed to be here.. Vivian who is our caretaker and host for the Conshell Inn is a very lovely, Helpful lady.. Memories stay with us Forever.

Great place in the heart of town

Only stayed one night and it was exactly what I needed. The property is right on the beach and in the heart of town. Room was clean and check in/out was easy. 15 for AC was well worth it. I would definitely stay again.

So Basic, But Good

Vivian is an excellent on site manager. Location is on the backside of the loud commercial strip. Typically quiets down by 10-11 weeknights.Accessible to everything on foot. Beds very comfortable. Expect few extras: towels, soap, etc. Good ceiling fan and frig.Fair rate for what's provided

Older, very clean minimal room. It is right on the ocean in the middle of San Pedro. No coffee maker or tv but clean and priced good.

The lodging was okay - it wasn't anything fancy, but for folks who are gonna be out most of the day anyways, it does the job. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No TV. Service options listed on VRBO came with extra costs. And no windows so sleeping at night was tough at first. Pros - excellent location, truly beautiful right outside and very walkable to places to eat They cleaned everyday for us and staff were very nice! Hammocks were lovely too. and shop. extra

Shell shocked at the Conch Shell Inn

The room was not at all what was pictured on VRBO.The rate was for a totally different room. I was literally shocked when my room.I'm sorry if it is not the positive review VRBO is looking for but I have to be honest and VRBO should seriously consider what I have to say whether they post it or not.

Nice but basic and hard to find.

At first , so hard to live as the VRBO listing does not show name of the Inn, at all. Nobody knew that address at all. We eventually found it with help of a local. Tough. Otherwise owner was super nice and friendly. Great spot, fairly rustic accomodarion with AC being an extra charge.

Everything you need for a dive trip!

Vivian took great care of my husband and myself. The rooms are functional and well kept for a great price. Please note this isn’t a luxury resort, but clean and functional living space for a great price. Property manager is communicative and the woman who maintains the property is super friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a small fridge microwave and coffee maker. Would stay again, perfect space for a dive trip. All San Pedro fun is accessible too!

Perfect budget location

We stayed in #10 for a week and it was very nice. Vivianne was most helpful and accommodating! She provided us with an extra fan and a coffee pot. We didn't use the a/c once. We were the only ones who used the lounges for the first few days. Location is perfect.

Perfect central llcation

My son, husband and I stayed here for about a week and it was very pleasant. The inn is within walking distance from the water taxi and everything on the listing is accurate. Vivian the host was lovely and helpful and kept the inn and our room exceptionally clean. Definitely would recommend for short stays.

Cute 1-night stay

Can’t get much closer to the beach than this little place. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by hurricane Beryl, so
we’ll try again some other time. Location makes for easy access to many local spots.

Great in town stop

Conch Shell Inn is a cute little place. Vivienne was so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and then offering to store our luggage for a few hours after check out. She was fun to chat with and absolutely relieved our stress.

Managed by Vacasa

This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it).
