The hotel itself is nice but definitely not a five star hotel. A little old needing some upgrades. Rooms did NOT have a microwave or small refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. The rooms have AC but the hotel itself does not. Very hot. Staff was fixated on asking for the breakfast tickets you HAD to collect every morning from the front desk. When we went to collect it was like an inquisition. You would’ve thought these tickets were worth gold. It was very inconvenient being questioned every day about those tickets. Just give your guests a bracelet or something. TV had no access to apps or Netflix. It was there just didn’t work. Room service would turn off our AC when they cleaned so coming back to a HOT room was not OK.

The room they gave us was next to the steak house restaurant. It smelled like garlic all night! Stay away from the 7th floor.

The place is beautiful with a pool, teenis court, and gym. Service was immaculate. The rooms spaciuos and confortable. Anyone visitong San Pedro Sula has to stop here and experience the amazing service. P.S. the food was fantastic also. 😍😍😍😍
