I had 3 room reservations. Upon my arrival, we had issues with the air conditioner in rooms 106 and 108. The air conditioner in room 106 did not work all night. In room 108, the shower door was broken, and the handle for the water was also broken. and it did not have toilet paper or towels. It looked like room 108 was not in service; however, it was given to me. I as for a discount for Ms. Nancy, but she responded, " You already had a discount." The security person was very nice, courteous and friendly, and helpful.
We had a big issue with the parking. They did not have parking for us. Which is included in the reservation. Very stressful.
The towels were old.
I should have a refund for room 108 and the issue with the parking.
