Wonderful staff- very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing for Old Town and the best Pinxtos bars. Sea view was amazing and lovely rooms.

Great location, great price
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsGreat budget-friendly option for exploring the old town of San Sebastian, and a short walk to Zurriola Beach and its neighborhood. A few steps away from some of the best cheesecake you'll get in the Basque Region, and an amazing view for sunsets right outside the front door. VERY friendly and helpful front desk staff for everything from arranging cabs (no Ubers here!) to less-touristy recommendations, to digging up some forgotten toiletries. Will recommend to friends!

The hotel is superb. Service is awesome. Rooms are spacious and well equipped (the bed / pillows are super comfortable). Personnel is uber friendly and it is well located to walk the city around. The OLD (Viejo) quarters are specially likeable for shopping, bars and restaurants.
