INSIDE: Access to the living area with American kitchen, relaxation area with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, on the first floor with double and twin bedroom with a three-quarter bunk bed, double bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the roof floor with a habitable sun terrace and water point. Modern design, bright and elegantly furnished rooms.
OUTSIDE: New residential complex with private access and appliances, double external veranda, on the main front and on the back, shaded with a wooden pergola and furnished with outdoor relaxation sets. Panoramic terrace on the \"fifth\" of Monte Monaco.
LOCATION: New expansion residential context close to the historic center. The beach and the main promenade just 600/700 meters.

Modernes und geräumiges Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Check-in ist etwas umständlich, da man erst im Einbahnstraßengewirr von San Vito die Agentur finden muss. Danach findet die Schlüsselübergabe am Haus statt. Dass es die angegebene Hausnummer gleich an zwei Häusern in 50 m Abstand gibt, hat dabei zu Missverständnissen geführt. Bei Problemen ist die Agentur aber immer erreichbar. In der Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus angegeben. Das ist wohl nicht mehr so. Man kann mit einem (kostenplichtigen) Parkausweis an der Straße parken.
Insgesamt handelt es sich auf jeden Fall um ein schönes Objekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie!
