We booked and stayed at this place on the 9th of Feb 2024, our nights stay involved no sleep, as there was someone continually up and down the hall humming ! A door opening and shutting throughout the early hours, someone on a mirophone or intercom telling them ( whilst they knocking on a door outside i believe) to get back in the door at around 5AM !!! loud music, swearing that was out of control . My guess was it was maybe a permanent tennant ! Not quiet sure! We had no choice but to bail out of this place at around 5.30 AM ! And leave strategically so as we didnt upset or disturb this person ! Shower had sand all through it ! Lighting was terrible in our room , you could not sleep on the bed as it was beyond its useable service. I wasnt going to write this review ! As i left the owner a text this morning explaining whats gone on and therefore asking for a return call so we could chat about a refund etc ! All i got back from this lady was “Great” and no return call !!! Be vary wary staying in this place !!!! This is the first time i have ever complained about anything !!

Very good place to stay and the owners were lovely. Will definitely be back as we have zero complaints.

There was a dog in the room next to mine I am not sure if this motel allowed pets No reception in the motel No one cleaned my room all my stay

Hi Ahmad we do offer very limited pet stay accommodation with strict guidelines. If there was a concern we would have assisted if you had let us know while staying.We generally do not attend to housekeeping in the first 24 hours of a 2 night stay however if you have any requests we are only a call of message away and you can always leave your room service tag on your door otherwise we find guests appreciate their privacy.Please always contact your accommodation provider when staying with any concerns to ensure that you have the best possible stay.

The place was clean and tidy. However, the air conditioning did not work properly. Although the manager gave us reassurance that there was nothing wrong with the a/c, the unit still did not provide any cool air the entire time it was on. The pillows were also not very comfortable. Overall, the stay was ok but could have been better.

Aweful people, dirty room - you can only contact them by phone and they do not pick up.

Dear Hilton we have been in contact by phone, text message and via our platforms. As we received a stream of messages to our mobile contact number from you after hours we made the reasonable request to continue correspondence via the expedia platform. We answer many calls each day and of course could not operate a business without taking calls. Rather than continuing communication through the booking message centre to work together to understand your concerns you have attempted to damage our business by leaving unpleasant and personal reviews. As stated previously you contacted us demanding a refund 4 days after leaving and sent images of a room that had clearly been used. We have investigated to the best of ability but are perplexed as to why you did not call us on the evening of your stay with concerns rather than setting up with a blow up mattress. We always do our best to resolve any concerns WHILE guests are staying to ensure the best experience. We do encourage you to contact your accommodation provider while staying to ensure your best experience when travelling next time.

Clean room, good size though bar fridge a little noisy when sleeping and probably needs replacing. Front door bangs loudly if left to shut itself so it would be good to have a sign requesting guests consider others and close it quietly.
