This place is absolutely terrible! Went there to visit the theme park in the area and checked into our room and went straight to the park…when we were done at the park we went back to the room and discovered that our door did not close all the way, went to the office and asked to switch rooms and was told that we couldn’t because they didn’t have anybody to clean the rooms that were vacant so we just had to deal with it. So we had to put a chair in front of our door so we felt safe at night. The linens were dirty, we found old food under the chair that we moved to put in front of the door to feel safe, Internet didn’t work, Bathroom was disgusting. Terrible experience!

only thing i wasn’t a fan of was i wish breakfast would switch up a little every other day. seemed to be the same thing and i wish i could have gotten muffins or bagels. overall great stay!

The Cable was not working and the room had a noticeable odor. There is no back parking, so you cannot see your vehicle if they give you a room on the back side of the building. There are young folks up partying up all night making noise. The open air hallways are not well lit to cut through to your room.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the property was located close to the themepark and restaurants. My sister said the chicken quesadillas at the Mexican restaurant beside the hotel were the best she's ever had. Also, the front desk staff and housekeeping were so friendly. Will be coming back here.

we were in room 101 right beside the office and at 5 oclock in the morning they were running the sweeper and clanging pots and pans for breakfast we asked for another room and they said the hotel was booked up.....well it was not at all booked will not stay there again and we booked two rooms and they could not put us side by side the place was emply

Worse stay

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone had to change rooms 3 time cause the first room was dirty had ants and air conditioner didn’t work the second room I was given was already occupied by someone the third room was better but the air still didn’t work properly. I paid for a king size room and was given a standard double bed room all 3 times. Breakfast was so pare and super basic. Requested a total refund for my stay to go elsewhere but all hotels in the area was booked my stay was for 4 days and I checked out a day early and ended my mini vacation.

The room was very clean and updated. The grounds were very poorly maintained. The breakfast was on par for what to expect but you had to keep looking for the attendant to refill anything. Not well lit and doesnt look like a great area. Front desk is never at the desk you have to wait around for someone to come back from outside.

Great property! Doors are connected to the outside but area was safe and quiet. 5-10 minute drive to Cedar point and 5-10min drive to downtown Sandusky. Amazing restaurants within walking distance or >5 min. Would recommend.

Went to check in, the front desk attendant wasn’t there for 15 mins. The bedding had black hair on it. The breakfast was supposed to run until 930 but it was gone by 845

Don't bother.

Upon arrival I was greeted by an awful garbage smell and flickering lights. In the lobby a guest was checking out before staying due to bed bugs and a not working AC. Another guest came in to complain about the garbage smell. I requested a full refund and cancelation. I was told this was going to happen and was charged anyway.
