There was no hot water for a shower. At 11:03 someone was knocking on our door kicking us out for check out. Terrible.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have hot water - I am not sure why, no one else had this issue and when I checked the shower with a thermometer, it was fine. I reviewed the camera footage and she knocked at 11:10. I'm sorry you felt this was early, she was down the hall and was checking rooms. Many people never physically check out so we do have to start somewhere to ensure that the rooms have been vacated.

Room was not very clean. Mildew in showers. There is a hefty security deposit for guests who live within 60 miles so beware of that when booking.
