Gorgeous Corner Penthouse Residence at Gulfside Place
Summary:
One of the very finest condo rental residences on Sanibel, Gulfside Place 316 boasts some of the best views on the island! Located within the lush and highly sought after Gulfside Place community, this is one of just a handful of residences made available for rent within this community.
The Space:
Featuring a wrap around patio with sweeping gulf views, three bedrooms+den, and over 2,000 square feet of living space, this residence is particularly well suited for larger families or groups traveling together. Furthermore, with a fully equipped galley kitchen featuring multiple accesses and a pass through bar, open concept floor plan, and centrally located den, guests will find this residence well equipped for entertaining and spending quality social time with family and friends. In terms of floor plan, guests will find an oversized living area with dining table immediately beyond the entryway. Adjacent to this is the den, featuring an abundance of comfy furniture and a brand new 70 inch Samsung Smart TV. Multiple patio accesses are located off the living area, allowing guests access to the expansive wraparound patio featuring ample seating. Featuring custom cabinetry and granite countertops, the kitchen is centrally located with entrances off the den and front entryway. Guests will find a convenient bathroom (featuring walk in shower and single vanity) immediately to the right after entering the residence. The washer and dryer are located immediately beyond this bathroom separated from the bathroom by a pocket door.
The bedrooms are separated from the living area by a lengthy hallway, providing plenty of privacy from the living area. The primary bedroom features fantastic and sweeping gulf views with en-suite patio access and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. There is also a large walk in closet beyond the bathroom. The primary bedroom features a writing desk and 55 inch Samsung smart TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located just down the hallway from the primary bedroom and each feature a king bed. These bedrooms share access to a hallway bathroom that features a single vanity and walk in shower.
Guest Access:
In terms of amenities, Gulfside Place is likely the most finely equipped community on all of Sanibel. Featuring a communal clubhouse with frequent social activities, robust fitness center, multiple tennis and pickleball courts, and two Olympic sized pools with grilling areas adjacent to them, guests will find no shortage of activities within this community. Guests will also enjoy a dedicated parking spot. There are also multiple on site EV chargers for guest use!
