While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by the end of 2025, though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex. Welcome to paradise at Sanibel Surfside #213! Listen to the sound of the waves from this stunning & comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Sanibel Surfside 213! The impressive entrance welcomes you into an open concept floor plan where partial views of the Gulf of Mexico can be found from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. This beautiful condo offers an updated kitchen and appliances, new furniture & furnishings and all the comforts of home you could desire! The Sanibel Surfside complex is centrally located allowing easy access off and on the island, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and the bike path is right outside your door. The condo also comes with a covered parking spot underneath the building.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
