Welcome to this cozy loft in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, ideal for 2+1 guests.
The building’s rooftop, for communal use, becomes a pleasant space to unwind and enjoy the good weather. It features a communal saltwater swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the hottest days. The pool measures 5.5 x 3 metres and has a uniform depth of 1.25 metres. This area also includes an outdoor bathroom and several sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun in a calm and well-maintained setting.

Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, this charming apartment offers a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the city centre. The interior features an open-plan space that integrates the living room, dining area and sleeping area, equipped with a double bed. An additional guest can stay on the sofa bed and, for music lovers, the accommodation also includes a piano that adds a special touch to the stay. The space offers a bright living-dining area with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort all year round. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The apartment is located just 400 metres from the centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a jewel of the Costa de la Luz, renowned for its gastronomy, manzanilla wine cellars, beaches such as La Calzada and Las Piletas, and access to Doñana National Park.

The communal swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 October, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm every day.
