On the roof of the building, there is a saltwater swimming pool that invites you to relax and swim on sunny days. It measures 5.5 x 3 metres and is 1.25 metres deep. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for your convenience and four sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax.






Located on the ground floor of the lift building, it offers comfortable living with an open-plan design that makes the most of every corner. Upon entering the flat, there is a welcoming room that incorporates the living-dining area and a mini-kitchen with basic amenities. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV, central air conditioning, and underfloor heating to ensure comfort at all times of the year. One of the guests can relax on the sofa bed. The compact but fully-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need for everyday life. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. A full bathroom with shower completes the flat. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and high chair. An iron and ironing board are also available.

The swimming pool is open daily from 1 May to 30 October from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.Pets are not allowed.The holding of events is forbidden.Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
