This Paradise Retreats standalone Spanish-style home is located in Santa Barbara’s cutest neighborhood, West Beach. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse Restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.

The tri-level home embraces its Spanish architecture with modern comforts. The ground floor offers the first Primary Suite with a private enclosed patio and extremely large spa-inspired bathroom. The second level includes a cozy Living Room, open Kitchen, Guest Room, and Guest Bath. The third level focuses on the view with the second Primary Suite offering a private rooftop balcony. Not only is this home beautiful but it’s eco-conscious as being one of the first Platinum LEED Certified and Green Constructed Projects in the nation.

NOTE: The fireplace is inoperable.

Perfect for family vacation

Beautiful property and perfect spot for our family trip. The three bedrooms and three baths were great for our adult children. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved that we could walk to restaurants, shopping and to Sterns Wharf.

A great spot for a family affair

Fantastic location in Santa Barbara to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Funk Zone. Comfortable, spacious, great kitchen and living space for dinners and gatherings. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A fantastic stay.

Perfect Coastal Hideout

Our 5th or 6th time staying here. Tucked away on a quiet street close to the beach and lower State Street it never disappoints. Extremely clean and quiet. Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed the property and its proximity to the Warf and downtown as well. I highly recommend this property as long as you are ok with stairs, as there is a bedroom on each of the 3 floors.

Condo is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach and State Street.Well stocked kitchen and beautiful grounds. Could probably use new beds (a bit on the soft side for us) Overall, great stay would highly recommend.
