Come enjoy this brand new large (1,833 sqft) 2 story townhouse located in the new community of Heritage Pointe. It is centrally located to many excursions you will want to enjoy in St. George such as Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Tuacahn Amphitheatre. The Heritage Pointe pool is heated and open from March through October. Hours: 6A-10P (Sun-Thu) 6A-Midnight (Fri/Sat). Please follow the rules posted by the front door..

This bright and charming 3 bedroom townhouse offers you the comforts of home as well as stunning views out the windows. It has a 2 car attached garage available for you to park in.

Across the street is Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide and lots of interactive water toys for kids. Reasonable day passes can be purchased at residential rates.

-walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant, Domino’s pizza, a coffee shop and convenience stores
-1 minute drive or walking distance to a skate park, BMX bike park , and snake hollow bike park
-2 minute drive to grocery stores and many restaurants including Pizza Factory and Bear Paw Café
-2 min drive to city park with sand volleyball courts, and Snow Canyon high school
Less than 10 minute drive to beautiful ATV trails
-11 minute drive to Snow canyon state park
- 12 minute drive to Tuachan
- 20 minute drive to gunlock falls

Our family has really enjoyed our townhome and we would love to share it with you.

Come stay at our brand new 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome with a 2 car garage for you to park in. Our unit is family friendly, and has a fenced in patio with beautiful sunset views. The townhome is very centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, and sand hollow aquatic center which is fun for the whole family. Our pool is now open and heated year round!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my kids. It was clean, spacious and was really well stocked. We had plenty of sleeping space for my 7 kids as well as swim towels, swim toys and even games and scooters. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was organized and we felt at home while we were here.

A great resting and launch point for St George area visit

The Property Manager (Brent) was both proactive and quick to respond to any questions or requests to help make our stay even more enjoyable. The townhouse is clean and well equipped, with lots of extras, including a view and nearby amenities. We enjoyed our stay in the winter as much as the summer thanks to being in a great location near Zion, Bryce Canyon and Snow Canyon with plenty of room to spend time with family.
