Excellent property!

We had a fabulous time. If anything, the property described undersells it, as there are 4 full bathrooms, not 3 1/2. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, candles, placemats, and a lot of linens and towels. We held several dinners with 9+ easily and the ocean view and boardwalk/beach access were great! We'll be back!

Love the front outdoor patio. Excellent location and views. Clean. FYI for those with mobility issues: the master bathroom shower would be difficult to get in and out, but there are plenty of other showers. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great views as well as great Santa Cruz location

We loved this property, the views from the living room and master bedroom balcony. Enough space for our 3 kids and friend to spread out and have their own space, with plenty of bathrooms for all. Loved the access to the biking/walking trail across the street, closeness to the Boardwalk and also loved heading to Natural Bridges beach to explore the tide pools.

Great property but the property manager was not responsive.

The house was great and a fantastic location, but we ended up leaving a day early because the power went out. It was out for hours and it became clear that it was unlikely to be restored so we left. The property manager did absolutely nothing to address the situation and couldn’t even bother to return my phone calls at any point over the past few weeks. We also only had one key on check-in and there was no garage door opener. The owner was kind enough to bring us a second key. Great property but useless property management.

Great Location

Loved waking up to a view of the ocean every day. The house was roomy for our family and having the TV in the 2nd living room was nice for the children. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Great Stay, Despite the Weather

Our group of 9 had a great stay here this past weekend, while celebrating birthdays for two family members. The weather was wet and windy, but offered enough breaks to enjoy the nearby coastal walking path, some local parks, excellent meals out and a great trip to the nearby Seymour Marine Discovery Center. The house was definitely big enough for us all to spread out in, and offered plenty of space for games, puzzles, group meals and other activities while the rain poured outside.

This property was absolutely amazing! The layout of the house was Is phenomenal. A kitchen big enough for an Italian family to all work together making some amazing food and enjoy life. This property has 2 living rooms which was perfect one with the television and 1 for just visiting. 4 let me say that again for bathrooms.... Nobody had to wait. Of course the views were stunning and we were fortunate to have amazing weather. You did have to share a driveway with the neighbor but there's plenty of parking on the street. They had plenty of beds but the beds are firm.... Next time I would just bring a topper from home to make it more softer for myself. The only complaint I have about this entire house is When you look at the floors they look clean but I had a one year old granddaughter who was in between crawling and when you're crawling on it her clothes got dirty QUICK. Nothing that a hot mop job can't take care of though.... My only recommendation is that the cleaning company actually uses a hot mop after everybody that checks out over the whole downstairs area. Other than that I would not only recommend this company but highly recommend this house. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Magical Moms’ Weekend Away

Perfect location for walking along the bluff. The front room had plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean views with a convenient gas fireplace keeping us toasty in the cool, foggy weather. Comfortable beds and we-provisioned kitchen. We hope it’s available next year for our annual trip!

Fantastic Beach House

I stayed here a few days prior to my wedding. Location was perfect; right across from the ocean. I loved falling asleep to the waves crashing. Morning coffee on the benches across the street was perfect. I even ran one morning along the beach path. While it's walkable to West End, I wouldn't recommend walking as it's about a mile. There is a Safeway grocery store not too far away. Parking is a little treacherous, as the driveway is off of a main beach road and along a curve in the street but it's worth the extra precaution. The neighbors were nice and helped put the trash and recycle bins back. The only cons for me was the dark outdated master bathroom, dirty floors (which led to dirty feet) and a small ant problem. Those cons are easily overlooked by the great things about this home. There was more than enough space for my friends and I to relax before my big day.

Beautiful beachfront location

This house was great. The location was ideal, the size was roomy, the kitchen was large. It had mostly everything we needed- could have come stocked better with basics like blow dryers, fans and more towels. The few complaints were the ants in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom downstairs- not terrible, but annoying, dust bunnies under the furniture, master shower could have been more clean from mildew. Overall I think it could have used a better deep clean. We would stay here again still.

Perfect location

The house is great. Best view is the one pictured on the balcony form the upstairs bedroom. There is limited space here, we had 4 max at one time. The issue at checkin occurred because I had been told I would get notification of when the house was clean and ready - to occur by 3:00. At about 3:15 I called in asking for the code to enter. The person who answered was rude, and would not give me her name. She put me on hold twice, and then after giving me the code disconnected the call while I was still talking. All in all, I would stay there again. 1st day i got to watch beginner surfers from the balcony - very fun. The small beaches across the street are a bit challenging to get to, but some have tide pools. Very quiet (although busy) street.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our weekend with our family at this property. It was exactly as described. Location is superb. Amenities as pictured. Property management was easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable beachfront vacation.
