LIVING AREAS AND DINING Casa Vivaz has two distinct living spaces. The first features a gas stove/fireplace is available for warmth and ambiance, and a breakfast nook is available with banco seating and two chairs. The second is centered around a larger gas fireplace, and features a dining table that seats six.
KITCHEN The spacious kitchen overlooks the first living space, and is perfectly equipped for a home chef. The gorgeous white countertops offer plenty of space, and the high-quality appliances make cooking a breeze.
BED AND BATH The primary suite has a king bed a kiva fireplace, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom in the hallway. One of the guest bedrooms has a small office/sunroom and direct access to the patio
OUTDOOR SPACE Besides the patio off of the bedroom, Casa Vivaz also has a portal in the front of the home with shaded outdoor seating. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking.
