SUMMARY

Casa Divina is a classic adobe home nestled high in the hills of the famed Historic Eastside neighborhood.  Enjoy inspiration from all the best Santa Fe culture while you rest and recharge in the serene space of Casa Divina. 



The pueblo style house has an elegant yet rugged Southwestern style.  Architectural elements feature traditional saltillo tile and stone floors, hand carved wood viga ceilings, adobe and diamond-plaster walls with plenty of natural light.  Enjoy mountain views from the kitchen and unforgettable sunsets from the primary 2nd story suite.  



The home was originally constructed in the 1920’s, but was lovingly remodeled in 1990.  Further renovations and a total refresh was completed in Spring 2022.  This includes new designer furnishings throughout the home. The owners chose a very neutral palate to ground a sense of peace and tranquility that can be felt throughout the space.  



A stunning kiva fireplace is the centerpiece of the open-concept living area. 

Enjoy cozy conversation or streaming content with a 50 inch Samsung smart Tv. Thoughtful original artwork, textiles and furnishing are the backdrop to a relaxing ambiance.  



Plan on making more memories around the dining table. The dining room is conveniently located between the living space and kitchen. Enjoy entertaining in the inviting space anchored by a Spanish style chandelier commissioned by the same local artist that has furnished much of the St. Francis Hotel.  



The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances with a gas range.  Traditional tile countertops provide ample counter space.  All Clad cookware and a Keurig coffee machine are bonus accessories in the well appointed kitchen. 



The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, Samsung Smart Tv and shares a bathroom with an office that doubles as a third bedroom. 



The third room provides a perfect sanctuary for the professional needing a workspace. A designer daybed doubles as a sleep space, including a quality twin mattress and array of linens. 



The 2nd story hosts the large primary suite featuring an en-suite bathroom and decorative Kiva fireplace.  Enjoy a king size bed and luxury bedding with an additional seating area. A large niche with dimmed lighting and hand carved St. Francis sculpture is an original architectural conversation piece.  A Samsung smart ART TV lands opposite the bed.  The bathroom was recently renovated, adding a contemporary walk-in shower with rain showerhead and hand painted Talverna tiles. 



The fireplace is not operable, but candles are provided for ambiance.



Enjoy coffee or cocktails in your private courtyard.  The large outdoor space includes multiple seating options for conversation or dining al fresco.  



Enjoy the sunshine and mountain breezes by day and chiminea with a full sky of stars at night.  Enter the organic stone pathways through antique gates and experience apricot trees and lilac bushes when in bloom.  Landscape lighting illuminates the enchanting setting.

- This home is in a quiet compound. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

- This home has two parking spaces in front of the home, but it may be tight if you have two large vehicles. In the winter months, we recommend vehicles with AWD/4WD due to the incline leading to the parking area.

- This home is dog-friendly for dogs that are under 50lbs (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
