Living Spaces
There’s a space on this property for every moment of your visit, from intense sessions of chess or a little Chopin recital in the elegant conservatory-style living room with its striking chandeliers, beautifully crafted beams, and Louis XIV chairs, to wine and cheese enjoyed in the plush seating area in the family room accented by stunning 19th century marble columns, wet bar, and a panoramic view of the gardens and hills.

In addition to the main villa’s large shared spaces, each wing has its own comfortable living area. On the main floor, you’ll find an office with a spacious desk, while the 2nd-floor wing has a family room with hundreds of books, a kiva-style fireplace, and a welcoming sectional, wet bar, as well as direct access to some of the property’s many balconies with million-dollar views.

Unwind in the games room on the lower level, which has its own pool table, relaxed seating area, and flat-screen TV as well as walk-out access to the serene grounds.

Kitchen & Dining
The gourmet eat-in kitchen in the main property is a chef’s dream come true, with stainless steel Viking double ovens, a professional 5-burner gas range with griddle and powerful vent hood, dishwasher, and a sizable Sub-Zero refrigerator with space enough to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. This kitchen is well-suited to cooking for groups, owing to its additional pantry space with microwave, ice machine, extra dishwasher, and a range of coffee prep options including a Keurig, and drip. You’ll find all the plates, glasses, and cookware you need here, and a dining suite with seating for 8 and unique hand-wrought iron pendant light.

Just next door to the kitchen is the formal dining room. The details are what make this space special: gorgeous brick domed ceiling with a one-of-a-kind toleware-style chandelier, second elegant dining table with wood inlay, and comfortable seating for 8. This is a place for stimulating conversation, great meals, and great company.

The casita has its own well-appointed open kitchen with a range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, and ample tiled counter space for prepping your favorite meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that comfortably seats 2 and can even be pulled away from the counter to accommodate dinner guests from the main villa.

The main villa has a wealth of luxurious sleeping options between its 6 private and elegantly appointed bedroom suites with room to accommodate 12 guests.

Each bedroom has its own character, from the primary suite with its kiva fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and private patio access to the 2 suites in the welcoming library-style wing. Each suite has its own high-end bath with soaker tub, step-in shower, or both. There are an additional 4 baths in the villa.

The casita, which sleeps 2, boasts its own roomy and light-filled single bedroom with kiva fireplace, gorgeous rustic beamwork, and private garden access.

Santa Fe is a majestic and lively city known for its rugged desert landscapes, eclectic art scene, and its distinctive Southwestern-style food. Enjoy the many attractions from art galleries to restaurants to skiing, hiking, mountain biking trails and parks and playgrounds. No matter what your interests are, there’s something for everyone.

Santa Fe has been rated one of America’s top mountain bike towns by USA Today and for good reason. There are miles of incredible trails that cater to all skill levels all around the city. The Dale Ball Trail System is comprised of 22 miles of biking and hiking trails that connect to other systems and start within 2 miles of Santa Fe Plaza. If you prefer some powder on your trails, Ski Santa Fe has one of the highest ski areas in the country. Enjoy amazing vistas, steep bumps, and powder-filled chutes and a summit elevation of 12,075 feet.

History comes alive in Santa Fe with an abundance of museums and historic sites that preserve the city’s rich past. Bandelier National Monument is worth a trip and is best known for mesas, sheer-walled canyons, and the ancestral Pueblo dwellings found among them. Immerse yourself in history at El Ranchos de las Golondrinas, a 200-acre living history museum that showcases Spanish Colonial, Mexican-American, and Native American heritage and culture from New Mexico in the 18th and 19th century.

Santa Fe’s vibrant music scene is as diverse as the city’s cultural heritage. No matter what your musical taste, you can find a venue to suit. Most music spots downtown are small, allowing for an intimate music-listening experience. Head to Second Street Brewery at the Railyard for local and regional acts, or the historic El Farol for tapas and Flamenco dancing. The upscale Vanessie delivers award winning cuisine along with a piano bar and live music. In the summer, the music spills onto the streets with the Santa Fe Bandstand series that turns the city’s historic plaza into a giant dance floor.

The famous Santa Fe Artists Market runs from March through December at the Railyard north of the Water Tower. Enjoy fine arts and crafts from local juried artists and discover pottery, jewelry, paintings, photography, textiles, and more.

Most guests arrive by car, however, rideshare (Uber, Lyft) is available in this area. Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is the closest major airport serving this region and is about an hour’s drive, although some flights use the Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF,) a short 20-minute drive from the area.
