There was no check-in communication. We had a to wait outside the locked property until a stranger opened the gate and then ask another guest to point us in the right direction. Finally a "cleaner" helped us into our apartment. Sadly, the apartment wasn't cleaned and there stains in the bathroom and bed sheets and mold on the bed pillows. For the amount we paid, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

La habitación que nos tocó no era igual de nueva que otra sección, se notaba vieja y con olor fuerte a humedad. Los sillones muy viejos y algo sucios. Mala señal de internet. LLegamos y no hay una receción como otal, asi que tocamos en las puertas de afuera un rato hasta que alguien abrió. El lugar está céntrico y eso rescató la experiencia, porque queda a unas cuadras del mercado Zicatela y a unas cuadras del malecón. El agua de la alberca muy fría je pero eso solo es como aviso para quien busca usar la alberca. El trato del personal es bueno.

Habitaciones limpias, te dejan que estés libre, sin prohibiciones, alberca limpia. Muy tranquilo, cerca de todo. Repetiría sin problema Excelente todo. Sugerencia: Estaría genial que tuvieran servicio de cable, al menos básico. El wifi falla un poco, la tv se desconectaba seguido

La habitación tiene todas las comodidades que aparecen en Expidia, el personal muy agradable y solicito, reconocemos el buen trabajo de Diana. Recomendamos que se explique, con antelación a la compra, no solo el numero de la habitación sino el piso en que se encuentra, ese fue el problema que encontramos que estaba en un piso alto y sin elevador, dificil acceso para personas mayores.

Los bungalows estan grandes y con todo lo necesario para pasarla increible, afuera del lugar tienen una hamaca que hace toda la diferencia, la alberca esta super agusto y solo esta a una cuadra de la playa, en la alberca atiende Alberto que hace unas increibles mezcalitas. Lo unico raro es que hay 2 ventanas que dan a la calle y no tienen cortinas, pero todo lo demas esta excelente
