With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,850 square feet, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing, water sports, or shopping, our location offers convenience to everything “30A". For boutique shopping or dining at one of the Gulf Place premier restaurants, walk on over to Gulf Place center. Or for the sports enthusiast in the group, enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts available on a first-come, first-served basis!

Our townhouse is tastefully appointed in stylish coastal furnishings and finishes. With soaring ceilings, the living room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie, and offers a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. French doors open from the living room to a screened porch that overlooks the sparkling blue Henry Court swimming pool. The kitchen is complete with all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for eight, and there is additional bar seating for three.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, access to an outside balcony, generous closet space, and an adjoining master bathroom. With a large soaking tub, the master bath also offers a walk-in shower and double vanity. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom features two full beds recently added, and is located on the third floor. A staircase leads from the entrance area to the upstairs bedrooms. For your convenience, there is an SmartTV (no cable) in every bedroom, and the laundry room offers a stackable washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
