The owners of this property completely renovated the property so that everything inside is brand new and coastal inspired. Even though the gulf views are spectacular (which youâll see as soon as you walk in the door), youâre going to be equally amazed and what greets you inside this luxury condominium. Your family of up to eight will truly enjoy every moment here since the owners have spared no expense to create a coastal environment second to none that perfectly complements the gulf front location. The experience begins when you enter the unit and see the shiplap walls accented with local coast art. But thatâs just the beginning. âą Adjacent to the living area is a dining area seating six that also can be turned into a mini office that makes this a great spot to catch up on emails or write that beach novel thatâs been on your mind
âą When you step out on to the balcony, youâll find comfortable seating in either Adirondack chairs, loungers or you can enjoy your morning coffee at the bar height table and chairs for four
âą The Master Suite is outfitted with a KING bed facing a 55â SMART TV and an adjacent seating area. The suite offers gulf views and an entrance to the balcony.
âą The Master Bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a herringbone tile design. Thereâs also a soaking tub if you want to relax at the end of a busy beach day â remove this we do not have a tub in the master. You can even play your favorite music in the shower â just connect via Bluetooth to the built-in speaker.
âą The Guest Suite has a QUEEN bed, a 55â SMART TV and its own ensuite bath with a glass enclosed shower, quartz counters and a large mirror over the vanity
