ABOUT THE HOME: Saltwater Express is a TOP FLOOR end unit in the gated community of Adagio which is located on the south side of Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. It sits on a high dune bluff overlooking a large private stretch of pristine white beach.

The interior includes 10' ceilings, an arched hallway, granite counters and marble flooring that adds to the warm and welcome ambiance of this beautiful condo. The exterior is styled in Italian Mediterranean architecture and has lush tropical landscaping that adds to the inviting allure of the property.

The main pool is 8,000 square feet with three tiers connected by continuous waterfall features and incorporating a central fountain. Surrounded by spacious lounging decks and seating areas this pool is a delight to all who frequent Adagio. The heated gulf pool is perched at the edge of the dunes adjacent to the beach access. Additional amenities include an on-site fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, community room, private beach access with showers, and four separate outdoor Viking BBQ grilling areas.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Adagio Vacation

We’ve stayed at a few different condos at Adagio and love the property location, layout, pools, etc. This particular unit was nice. The cleanliness was lacking a bit. There was soap residue in the master shower and lots of awful stains on the duvet cover (we were going to use as a blanket) in the master closet.

Great Property but check on beach access

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We loved having the two pools, and specifically the one that was beachside. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the pool. The condo was quiet even with kids playing in the pool. The in-unit ice maker was a huge bonus. My one complaint is the lack of beach real estate available in front of the condos due to the La Dolce Vita rentals. We experienced that where we stayed last year and was one of driving factors of not returning to that spot. This needs to be clearly outlined (with rental pricing) as it’s frustrating to find out after arrival. Unfortunately prime beach real estate is taken up by unrented and unused chairs/umbrellas while families squeeze into the non-commercial area. Again the property was fantastic, but the commercialized beach access was frustrating.

Beautiful

I highly recommend this place. My family and I stayed there in February and I’ll definitely be back. The views are breathtaking .. taking in the breeze of the ocean and white sands along with 3 pools. The condo was a 5 star and beyond!! Loved everything about it. We sat on the beautiful balcony overlooking the pools it was gorgeous!!
