ABOUT THE HOME: This recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, located in the Redfish Village, is a perfect retreat for the family. The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.
BEACH ACCESS: Private deeded beach across street, about 3 blocks walk (has restrooms, & shower) just east of Blue Mountain Regional public beach. There are restrooms, shower, some parking and coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Unit was fine, but lacking in some items. No cutting board, no potholders, lids didnât match pots and towel rack broken in bathroom. One complimentary amenities kit had everything in it, about 6-8 items. Other kit had only 2 random items. Overall, not a bad unit, but lacking in some areas.
I absolutely loved this place! It was perfectly decorated with everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to bakeries, ice cream, tacos, drinks, and live music!! The private beach access sealed the deal! Not crowded at all considering the location on 30A! Thank you for a wonderful time!
Had a great time in Mountain Beach. Get the 30A vibes in an area less crowded. Close walk to the beach, convenient food spots, and my kids loved the ice cream and donut shops! Red Fish Village was quiet and the pool was great. WiFi was spotty in the apartment, but otherwise it was a good spot for our family vacation.
