A 5 Minute walk to PUBLIC beach access. Upgrades for 2026 include new flooring in bedrooms, all new towels, sheets, blankets, cookware replacements, and more. Annual Maintence week completed March 2026. Community pool area/ hot tub renovated 2025!

It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

The house had a lot of little perks like dish soap and detergent. It was a nice home. There was some basic things that needed to be cleaned that others might not see. Just baseboards and such. But overall, it was a great vacation. The home was neat and well appointed. The decor was cute. I was comfortable and would stay here again. I’m very weird about bed bugs and hotels. It was about a five minute walk to the beach. We had a trolley which was really helpful. A long walk for someone with disabilities I would think. But, for us average folks, it was fine. At the end of the road is a gas station, which was convenient. The only one in the area. They also had snacks and food. My husband got coffee there every day. The area was nice and felt safe. The hot tub wasn’t heating on our last night, which was a bummer. A minute walk to the pool, which is behind the condo. Enjoyed being able to drive up and park in front of the condo. Great stay, thanks!

It's perfect. Short walk to the beach, with a straight shot onto the sand. Pool for when you want to take a nice dip. Everything is a short walk or shorter drive. Very quiet and nice facilities.

Summer Beach Trip

Great property for our family of 3 that’s a quick walk down a quiet street to the public beach access.Family-friendly layout with bedrooms upstairs for quiet mornings and comfortable furniture downstairs.Really nice pool that never felt crowded and is just around the corner so it’s not right in the backyard.Great communication with Brooke before the trip and we would happily stay here again.

We are not satisfied with the accommodation, it is quite dirty, the furniture is old! The worst thing for me was the bed linen, everything is very old and washed, the towels are not comfortable to use! I was only satisfied with the location

This is our second time staying in one of the Bungalows at Seagrove (previously we stayed at a different one which wasn't available at this time). We absolutely love the location and its amenities. It is very close to the beach, perfect location to everything between Panama Beach and Destin. Excellent choice for families. This particular bungalow served its purpose but wasn't outstanding at all. Although, I must quickly add that Brook is very helpful and super quick to respond to messages almost at any time of day. Here is where it fell short of our expectations: - although we knew it only had standard beds for 4, we would have liked if the larger room had a king size bed, even better if it had a large bunk bed. Many other units are able to sleep 3-5 people in this room. It would have been great if the 5th person didn't have to sleep downstairs. - cleanliness wasn't perfect either. I understand the sand and all, but I think at least right after cleaning the unit, the floor should have been clean, free of sand and not sticky. - not a big deal most would think but the knives (all of them) needs to be professionally sharpened. They are pretty much useless unless you want to cut strawberries. I reported this but I am afraid Brook isn't aware how bad they are and no, a kitchen sharpener will not do the trick. I know it wouldn't require a lot of investment to make any stay a WOW vacation. We will return but would most likely choose a different unit.

Great Location and Host, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement

I want to start by saying the location of this property was excellent — very convenient to everything we needed. Brooke was also wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay, which we appreciated.That said, there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance that I feel are important to mention. When we arrived, the kitchen was not as clean as expected, and the pots and pans needed to be washed before we could use them. I also had to rewash the bed sheets, as they did not appear fully clean.After a couple of days, when our little one became sick, I attempted to use the couch as a bed. Unfortunately, it was covered with old food and dirt, and there were no sheets available, so we ended up folding it back up.Another concern was that the two doors leading to the balcony upstairs did not lock, which made me feel uneasy, even though they were on the second floor. Also, the two TVs upstairs could not connect to the internet, so we could only use the one downstairs for entertainment.Overall, while the location and host communication were great, the cleanliness and maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

This was a fantastic week at the cutest little bungalow. The location was amazing. The bungalow was so clean and comfortable. It had everything and more than we needed. We will definitely be back to stay here again. I am a crazy person about cleanliness and this place was impeccable! Thank you for a much needed fabulous spring break.
