The location was good, but lots of noise at night. Bed was hard as wood and uncomfortable, pillows were not comfortable. The bedsheets did smell pretty clean and there was a/c and warm water to shower

Cozy in the Heart of Santa Tecla

Loved the courtyard in the center of the hotel, and the free breakfast! Very convenient, central location in Santa Tecla.

Very safe property with super friendly and helpfull staff. Located at the centre of Santa Tecla, many shops and restaurants around. My only complaint were the washrooms, they were small and crammed, not enough room to change inside.

Great hotel

This was our second time staying at this location. It was comfortable and the staff were great. Highly recommended this hotel if you are staying in the Santa Tecla/ San Salvador area.

El parqueo es muy esrrecho por lo que un vehiculo queda detrás del otro y cuando un carro sale hay que sacar el vehículo de uno., fuera de éste invonveniente, todo lo demás muy bien . The parking lot is very tight so one vehicle is left behind the other and when a car leaves you have to move your vehicule, besides that everything else is just fine

really liked the beautiful garden inside and the room beds were spacious. I would improve on the bathroom which was very tight. Also one of the staff wasn't very helpful with an issue we needed help with, but the rest were very friendly and helpful. Closeness to many restaurants and shops is a plus.

The service and the greeting was good they help me with my luggage that I have three big luggage and a baby . And there was a lot of markets outside that you can walk around and safe I will recommend this hotel
