Great deal for the money. Good and safe location.

The apartment was OK, but the bathroom just in OK condition. Location was great and safe. The price and what you get for that money was OK, but they should change the towels and bed sheets. It is not a big investment and that will change the experience.

Nice place - misleading price - BEWARE

The place is nice but the price stated on the website is not the the real price. The hotel has some hidden fees that are not stated on the reservation page. When I contacted them they refused to refund it even though the confirmation price I got from Hotels.com was different from the final bill. Beware.

Nice apartment grate location!!!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. I was really well located, with access to public transport (Metro specially), supermarkets and all the basic services. I really enjoy my stay, it was calm and with little noise from the street. I would stay here again definitly.

Great Location, Quality and Customer Service

The building is close to everything you need, it has a Supermarket across the street and a shopping center as well. It is a safe neighbourhood and has great access to public transport like subway or buses. The apartment was very clean and it felt like it was new, the bed was confortable. I was welcomed by Livinnest´s staff upon arrival and they where very kind to me.

Hermosa vista, gran ubicación

Antes que nada quiero decir que fue excelente la velocidad de respuesta y el trato ante cualquier consulta. El depto es cómodo y lindo para 2 personas. Gran balcón súper luminoso con vista hermosa a la montaña. Bien ubicado! Hasta nos dieron Cochera por una noche sin costo ya que habíamos alquilado un auto, la verdad es que nuestra estadía fue perfecta!!!!

Muy cómodo. Dormitorio amplio . Departamento con buena vista. Vimos los ensayos de la banda de la Escuela Militar. Supermercado cerca y estaciones de subte Alcantara y Escuela Militar. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar en el departamento. Cuenta con telefono para llamadas locales y el wifi funcionó perfectamente.

En sí el apartamento no está mal, pero se vuelve excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen. A la hora de pagar la cuenta me cobraron otro 9,5% extra a pesar de que la oferta de Expedia ya indicaba que se incluían todos los gastos extra proporcionados por el hospedaje, con lo que el precio por noche me salió a 75 euros. Insisto, muy caro, hay opciones mejores y más económicas
