The hotel is very beautiful, and has spectacular views of the city of Santo Domingo. What I liked most was the kindness of the staff, Sebastian, Alexandra and Franklin try to make your stay very pleasant, thank you.

El hotel está ubicado en buen lugar pq hay varios lugares para shopping y comer también el chico frank muy atento y el maletero muy servicial todo muy atento la agitación bien acojia me gustó mucho lo único que no estoy de acuerdo es dos cosas no tiene ice machines también en hotel dice check in 4 pm pienso que el iunico lugar que tiene esa hora

I travel to the DR alot. This was the first time that I didn't feel safe and they totally oversold the property in their ad. Although my Do NoT Disturb Light was on, someone knocked on my door each day. When I'd ask, who was there, noone would respond. There was no adjoining restaurant to eat as described. The front desk said it should be open in a few weeks. You either have to walk to find an eatery or get a taxi to a supermarket. There were no face/wash cloths (I had to gondown to the desk and ask twice) and considering that you have to insert a key card for the electricity to work in the unit, the front desk should review those kinds of details with the guest at check in. They just missed the mark in so many ways.

The location, and the number of high quality restaurants within walking distance. The suite was very nice with a really large terrace. The only reason I’m not go5 stars is because the mattress was a too hard, Everything else was well done.
