The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed (except kitchen towels and bathroom wash cloths). It is located in a safe neighborhood and we felt very comfortable staying there with our children. The playground is a great place for the kids to play outside and there is a neighborhood park within walking distance of the apartment. We chose this apartment specifically because we were staying there with four children and we wanted to be able to swim with them every day. The pool is open daily for less than two hours Monday through Friday. It's also important to note that the shallow children's pool expressly prohibits adults from entering and it can get pretty dirty with pigeons bathing in it in the evenings. None of the pool restrictions were disclosed prior to renting the apartment and we were disappointed to find it dirty (or completely unavailable because they were draining it) pretty often. If you don't care about the pool, this is a great place. If you need any help with cooking or cleaning, the property manager is EXCELLENT!
