The check in staff didn’t make any move to help us. Instead they served someone behind us that spoke Spanish. Even though our name was on the paper. When the manager came down he didn’t help us as well. The manager said his family owned the business and he is a lawyer. From the beginning we experienced RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. They refused to check us in. I’m happy we recieved refund from Expedia and removed ourself from an uncomfortable situation

The room was comfortable with good A/C, many free movie channels and hot shower although the hot water was not always available. The daily breakfast was nice with panini ham and cheese sandwich, eggs, juice and fruit. Excellent security. You can’t beat the price for what you get.

Super nice people but the room was very small with too much squished into it. No parking on the streets and only one “at the property.” The area was sketchy and the hostel was hard to find. Our room was off the lobby and we could hear people talking and other noises all night.

Loved my stay here, I was extremely comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and furnished tastefully. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water and great pressure. I can't rate the breakfast because I am not a morning person, but the space on which its served is nice. I will look here first on my next trip to the DR.

It's an affordable and nice bed and breakfast hotel. Breakfast is really good. I saw a couple of reviews saying there aren't eggs, but we were served eggs, so that's a nice improvement. Staff are very kind and friendly, always willing to help. My only issue with the room is that the temperature of the hot water kept fluctuating, but it was a mild inconvenience, and I was generally pleased with my stay here. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable room in Santo Domingo for a decent price.
